1. Digital services are generally non-refundable

Plan, protection, and other digital-service purchases are non-refundable once access, limits, protection, credits, or account benefits have been activated or used.

2. Check before paying

The selected product name, exact price, validity, and payment method are shown before payment. Protection pricing is separate from account subscription pricing: Paid Protection is ₹10 and Pro Max Protection is ₹50.

3. Failed or duplicate payments

A payment that failed and was not captured does not create an entitlement. Verified duplicate captures or an amount received without activation may be reviewed for correction, replacement activation, or refund where required.

4. Manual crypto payments

Crypto payments require administrator verification. Sending the wrong asset, network, wallet, amount, or an unverifiable transaction may prevent activation and may not be recoverable.

5. Disputes and support

Report payment problems through the contact page with the payment reference, account identifier, amount, and date. Chargebacks or false disputes may result in account restriction.
